David Maldonado is a highly regarded architect based in San Juan Capistrano and the owner of D33 Design and Planning. With over 30 years of experience in architecture and land planning, he has successfully managed both large-scale developments and smaller, intricate projects, bringing a keen eye for design and functionality to every endeavor.

Kimberly Javier

Kimberly Javier is a Southern California-based entrepreneur and designer with a legacy rooted in luxury retail and a heart for faith-driven impact. Her family owned and operated the iconic El Portal Luggage stores, a beloved retail chain with 78 locations from 1936 to 2000, shaping her deep appreciation for quality, service, and people. After the successful sale of the business, Kimberly launched her own jewelry brand inspired by her Christian faith and a treasured family heirloom—a Cross pendant from her grandmother. Her pieces reflect a desire to blend timeless elegance with spiritual meaning. As a Riverbank board member, Kimberly brings a strong sense of purpose, creative vision, and a passion for uplifting others, helping guide the organization’s mission to serve families in crisis with care and dignity.

Ken Hart

Ken Hart is the CEO and founder of Aquatic Technologies, Inc., a leading commercial and residential pool construction company based in San Juan Capistrano. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Ken has overseen the design and build of pools ranging from backyard spas to large-scale recreational facilities. A licensed C53, B, and A contractor, he leads a full-service, employee-owned firm known for its high standards and in-house craftsmanship. Ken is also a former city commissioner and has served on the boards of Casa Teresa and Mission Hospital.
